The Rise of Modular Construction in the US

Sub Title Goes Here

The use of modular construction throughout the United States continues to intrigue developers and designers. As more project teams consider modular systems, it is essential to understand how these buildings differ from traditional construction methods. Modular units are constructed in quality-controlled settings, an advantage that allows for greater efficiency, including faster jobsite construction time with less skilled labor on-site.

This webinar will look at the financial considerations for modular construction, including the impact of construction speed on cost. We will also explore design considerations unique to modular buildings – specifically, considerations related to detailing of the building enclosure to mitigate the effects of moisture.
